Asthma
Asthma is a common chronic respiratory condition characterized by inflammation and narrowing of the airways, leading to recurrent episodes of wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness. It is considered a complex and potentially serious condition that affects people of all ages, but it is most commonly diagnosed in childhood.
Asthma Exacerbation (ACADIA)
ACRA is looking for participants who:
• are between the ages of 12 to < 18 Years
• have had Asthma for at least one year
• have had at least one documented Asthma exacerbation within the past 12 months
• have been on a stable dose of asthma treatment for at least three months
• are between the ages of 12 to < 18 Years
• have had Asthma for at least one year
• have had at least one documented Asthma exacerbation within the past 12 months
• have been on a stable dose of asthma treatment for at least three months
